Spring/Summer Fall Recreation in Worthington, MN Archery

Each Summer, on the shores of Lake Okabena in Chautauqua Park, there are a series of FREE band concerts.

The concerts are done by The Amazing Worthington City band, made up of over 50 people who love music.

The Amazing Worthington City Band has begun practicing for summer concerts at Chautauqua Park. Practices are on Monday evenings 7:00 pm at Prairie Elementary on the following dates: 5/17, 6/7-14-21-28, and 7/5-12-19.

Summer concerts are on Wednesday evenings 7:30 pm at Chautauqua Park on the following dates: 6/9-16-23-30, 7/4-7-14-21. In case of inclement weather, concerts will be cancelled; cancellations will be announced on radio KWOA after 5:30 pm on the date of the concert being cancelled. New members are welcome to join us for practices at Prairie Elementary and questions can be referred to Brett Lehman at 372-5864. We hope community members will join us for Wednesday concerts in the Park.
